Hawaii 5-0 you were doing so so so good, what with that season finale?

[OBVIOUSLY SORT OF POSSIBLE SPOILERS]

And I'm not talking about the "Steve thing"(trying to keep the post spoiler free ;)) and how you rushed things. No, I'm talking about two of the worst Mary Sue EVER.
Seriously, what's the reason of all that Rachel thing? Did the writers realized the slash was seriously too much? Because, really, there's no other reason!
And that Kaye girl...WHY? WHY? She's a terrible character, she's useless, out of the blue, and the possible things are just two: she'll turn out to be a mole or she'll fuck Steve. I just hope not the second one, it would really be low. What a terrible character.

And I think I kept this post as spoiler free as I could.

I think I blocked out the whole Rachel thing. I vaguely remember it happening but from all the posts I've read about it, it was obviously more important then I thought. I just don't remember anything about it.

Happened in Supernatural, so why not Hawaii 5-0. You don't mess with Slash-Shippers. They are a very angry crowd. LOL

And I don't know who this new girl is. My DVR skipped some episodes (I think...) and then all the sudden BAM, there she is. I hope they'll do something good with her since the writers are obviously good at making awesome characters. And I hope it's neither of those scenarios. Who knows, though. o_0;

I remember it just because I totally was like: WTF? Where it's that from? O.o

Even if you didn't miss episodes you still wouldn't know much about her. The yakuza guy killed her CIA fiancé, she went to Steve for informations and BAM! She suddenly is part of the team or sort of. Another thing I totally didn't understand O.o
